Epic Games had prepared Fortnite players for the event and told them to make sure they were in a match by about 1030am PT. While not much is currently known about the Driftboard, it is confirmed to be a single player vehicle. During its panel at E3 this week, Netflix announced a crossover event between Fortnite and Stranger Things will be happening soon. With the show’s third season set to release on July 4th, Netflix’s Director of Interactive Gaming Chris Lee let it be known that the event will go live around the time the show’s third season launches.
