The violent disturbance took place at a penitentiary in Quetzaltenango—a city in Guatemala’s western highlands—and resulted in at least seven prisoners killed. Most of the deceased—members of the Mara Salvatrucha and Barrio 18 gangs—had their heads severed, the National Civil Police (PNC) said. The prison, Granja Modelo de Rehabilitación Cantel, suffers from overcrowding and is said to house more than 2,000 inmates, four times the 500 it was designed to hold....

Considering this, the players who bought Fortnite Save the World became a little hesitant and agitated thinking they might do the same for this game mode and just concentrate on the Battle Royale mode. Fret not, Epic has promised that no such thing will be done and the game will continue getting updates and will be maintained for the players....

Season 10 has so far transformed three locations via time travel. Week 1 of Season 10 began with the meteor that destroyed Dusty Depot being frozen mid-air, leaving the Depot’s warehouses standing. Since then, Rift Beacons have been used in both Neo Tilted and Mega Mall to create Rift Zones over the two areas. These areas have transported the location through time. Neo Tilted has become Tilted Town, a previously unseen western-themed location....

Continuing the spy-themed requirements of Brutus’ Briefing, TNTina’s Trial starts players off with some simpler tasks. Each successful completion awards 40,000 XP towards their Battle Pass rewards for a total of 400,000 XP after finishing all available challenges. One of these missions involves visiting 15 different landmarks scattered across the Fortnite map. Considering the locations of some landmarks have been featured as part of previous weekly challenges, it shouldn’t take long for players to finish this task....

Shadow Stones, the new power-up for Fortnite, have been added to the game, removed, returned, and now pulled yet again since their release with the rest of the game’s new content for Season 6. After a few hours of fine-tuning, Epic announced the return of the stones, only to pull them again within eight hours of their return. Epic Games didn’t itself explain what went wrong with the Shadow Stones, only stating that they would be temporarily disabled until an ‘issue’ with the Shadow Stones could be resolved....

The release date for the Superman skin in Fortnite is August 12, and the wait from June, when the skin first appeared, is finally over for fans of the DC superhero. There has also been a Suicide Squad crossover recently, with DC comics taking up most of the collaborations in Fortnite lately. That is apart from the Ariana Grande concert that took place a short time ago, and it was one of the best things loopers had experienced in some time....

In a recent Tweet, Epic explained that it has made improvements to the in-game aim-assist for Fortnite.
